I think, in the final Rec version we shouldn't do this and remove the following:


*  Using SPARQL 1.1 with RDF 1.1<http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/using-with-rdf11> - SPARQL 1.1 is based on the Resource Description Framework (RDF) specifications in their 2004 version. This document describes the Working Group's latest understanding of how SPARQL 1.1 is to be used with RDF 1.1 and/or other specification currently being developed by the RDF Working Group.<http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg>
