I've let Steve know my current status.

My rdf-dawg-comments are done.

WG Comments processing - up-to-date.

Pub rules run on rq25.xml -  only red is as far as I can see all due to 
not being at the right URL, not being marked LC and CSS-isms from last 
time.  i.e. as clear as it can be.

One "part 2" review awaited.
