http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/wiki/CommentResponse:RC-5 The comment was a request asked to the differences of CURIEs and prefixed names due to the limited range of characters for prefixed name local part. Now that the syntax for prefixed names includes escaped characters, the relevant text in rq25 needed revision. Andy (the grammar is not revised yet - there are several changes to make and I want to test them first. But the WG has made it's decisions so I think the comment response can go now.)
