before this reply can be sent.

Personally, I'm not in favor of changing the local part of prefix names 
as the case for it is based on RDF2RDB and alternatives such as not 
using the "=" character (e.g. use "_" instead) in generated identifiers 
have not been answered.

I'm more in favor of SPARQL and Turtle being the same and the RDF-WG has 
not determined this yet and it is not under active discussion currently.
