Leaving the working group.

Hi all,

I leave Garlik to become an independent contracator today and therefore 
leave the SPARQL working group.

I've really enjoyed working with everyone and I'm proud to have played a 
tiny part in standardising a really cool technology.  I'll continue to 
follow the working group's progress, and to use and promote SPARQL as 
much as possible in my future positions.  I wish the group all the best 
in the journey to recommendation.
