Thanks Steve, I missed this.  I'll fix it now.

I was supposed to remove it, and just leave in the comment that we're
still discussing the syntax to use to avoid ambiguity. (I prefer
DELETE WHERE over semicolons, but I'll wait until I see some agreement
before committing to it).
