Re: [ENT] Review comments on the SPARQL 1.1. Entailment regime document

As for what I see in Section 7 it still talks a lot about strongly safe rulesets only. 
Needs to be updated wrt. the more relaxed finiteness criterion we have now. (as mentioned in today's call)
