error in the status boilerplate text...

Guys,

typical cut-and-paste error...

The status section of the documents say:

The publication of this document by the W3C as a W3C Working Draft does
not imply that all of the participants in the W3C HTML working group
endorse the contents of the specification.
]]]

I do not think that HTML group has even seen these documents:-)

I am not sure who has the boilerplate text (Eric dealt with that), but
it should be changed asap. I am investigating whether I have the right
to change the FPWD documents in place. If yes, I will do it, if not,
well, we will curse and live with it:-)
