the Patent Policy [1] Participants have an opportunity until 21 March
2010
23:59 UTC to exclude patent claims reading on this Recommendation track

The Patent Policy anticipates that the documents will evolve during

[1], whatever draft is available on 20 January 2010 establishes the
reference material [3] for the purposes of this exclusion opportunity.
Just after 20 January 2010, we will send a reminder and identify the
reference draft. Due to the anticipated instability of the documents
prior
to 20 January 2010, Participants may wish to exclude any claims only
after
publication of the reference draft (and no later than the end of the
exclusion opportunity).

Per section 4.2 of the Patent Policy [2], a Participant may resign from
the Working Group before 20 January 2010 and be excused from all
licensing
commitments arising out of Working Group participation.
