First SPARQL Working Group Meeting - Tues. Feb 24th

Greetings new and old members of the SPARQL Working Group,

We're going to host the first teleconference for the newly rechartered 
SPARQL Working Group this coming Tuesday, Feb. 24th, at 14:30Z. We'll be 
talking about:

+ Introductions
+ Our charter and time line
+ What we all hope to get out of the working group
+ Scheduling teleconferences and a face-to-face meeting

Please try to attend if you can, so that we can get the ball rolling. 
Please also do let me know if you are unable to attend but intend to 
participate in the Working Group.

We will be sending out instructions for those of you unfamiliar with IRC 
to help get you up to speed, but please also do contact me if you need 
any help getting setup.

There's not much there right now but we'll be working on it in the days 
to come. The chairs of the group are myself and Axel Polleres, with Eric
