We're pleased to announce that Kjetil and Alex have agreed to serve as 
editors of the working group's features & rationale document. As we 
decide what features the Working Group will be pursuing, this document 
will explain the features and the motivation behind them for the world 
to see.

We'll discuss the document more in the weeks to come, but for now, a big 
thanks to Alex & Kjetil for agreeing to act as editors.
