ACTION: LeeF to ask CG about RDF/XML version of test suite

The consensus advice of the CG is that we need not produce an RDF/XML 
version of the test suite materials. The main reasons cited are the fact 
that we're not publishing a rec-track test suite. Let's proceed forward 
with the Turtle-based test suite, and maybe try to produce an RDF/XML 
one once we've completed the test suite. (And ask implementors to let us 
know if the Turtle materials present a problem.)
