i18n tests converted to new manifest form in the new area. http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/data-r2/i18n/ Some were approved in June 2005 - I've commented out the approval for now as we seem to check/reapprove when test are moved over. The files in this directory checked in as binary. There is an .htaccess file to force UTF-8.
