Per my action [1] and WRT the current GRAMMAR [2]

Below is a SPARQL query which represents the URI
http://placetime.com/interval/gregorian/1977-01-18T04:00:00Z/P1D as a
prefixed name where the local portion begins with a numeric digit:

The test query:

PREFIX time: <http://www.ai.sri.com/daml/ontologies/time/Time.daml#>
PREFIX dc: <http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/>
SELECT ?desc
  dob:1D a time:ProperInterval;
         dc:description ?desc.

Which (for posterity) should result in the following bindings when
dispatched against
http://placetime.com/interval/gregorian/1970-06-15T19:31:00Z/P1D.rdf :

?desc -> "A time-interval of one day beginning at four o'clock in the
morning, UTC, on the eighteenth day of the month of January in year
nineteen hundred and seventy seven of the Gregorian calendar."
