four regex tests to approve

Hi,

I'd like to propose that we approve the four tests of the SPARQL regex() 
filter function here

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/data-r2/regex/manifest.n3

this Tuesday. I've moved the tests over, updated the manifest to the new 
format, looked over the tests, and successfully run them against my SPARQL 
engine. I am confident that they are ready to be approved.

Please send additional implementation reports if you have a chance.
