Patch for SolutionSeq to make it turtle parser neutral

Currently the result files in the SolutionSeq tests assume that your  
turtle parser treats “1.0” as an xsd:double, not an xsd:decimal. The  
attached patch makes it so that it should be the same as the data.

I can apply it from my CVS tree if it has general approval.
