We talked about a publication decision today, but that didn't seem
like a good idea.

Then we talked about a publication decision next week, and toward
that end... Andy and EricP are working on an update
to http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/rq23/ for this Friday.

ACTION Andy/EricP: handle as many comments as is feasible by Friday,
mail the WG

Then perhaps on Tuesday we'll be ready for a publication decision.
