BOUND case-sensitivity

I noticed the BOUND examples in the CVS version 1.235 of

http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/rq23/#func-is-bound

are written in lower-case even though it is formally defined in 
uppercase. Perhaps worth a fix for better readability?
