Sample iTQL queries and result formats for subqueries vs. disjunction

Run against the latest build of Kowari (1.0.5). The attached files 
include:

o Sample data (tutorial.rdf);
o Commands to load and query the sample data (queries.txt);
o Example (rendered) results in HTML (*_result.html).

Keep in mind that the results are a HTML rendering of what comes back 
via the APIs, but it gives a good idea of the embedding that subqueries 
give and the extra rows disjunction gives.
