fixed (1.117 (should I have done that?)).
The date was wrapped ala

CVS only expands the magic words if they aren't wrapped.
Since a lot of authoring tools will wrap stuff when unprovoked,
I wrapped it for it:

    $Date: 2004/06/21 15:50:39 $)</h2>
