SPARLQ test data sets for performance evaluation?

Dear all,

As for test cases for SPARQL, anybody aware of or working on a benchmark 
data set with big ammounts of data, besides the pure compliance tests at
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/r2

???
