Firefox Mac rendering issue in SPARQL spec

The SPARQL spec seems to be tickling a firefox 2 bug. I see some
oddities on Ubuntu, but on OS X the top is unreadable due to div boxes
(from lower down) over writing the content.

The source appears to be the use of 'overflow' in local.css.
