Thanks for the careful review and comments. There's a bit of a
back-log, so it may be a while before we get back to you on
the substantive ones.

We're trying to move forward as
soon as we can, but we'll almost certainly take comments on
the QL until the protocol is also done with last call, and
that's taking longer than we planned.

In any case, we appreciate your comments whenever they come, though
it's easier for us to deal with them if they come sooner, of course.
