In adding SPARQL support to cwm, I found that the most natural way to
run queries was using stored SPARQL files. I needed to create a MIME
type in order to identify SPARQL queries, so they were not parsed by cwm
as n3. Thus, I would certainly appreciate SPARQL having a real MIME type.
