Dear RDF Data Access Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-rdf-sparql-query-20050721/ has many
informative references inline but does not list them in the appendix
for informative references. This makes it easy to confuse normative
and informative content, please change the draft such that all in-
formative and normative references are listed in the appendix.
