This issue was discussed without comment in July [1] raised by Eric. Issue #8 [2] was raised to address this. I’ve created a pull request that follows the suggesting to use \U0002FA1D instead of \U000E01EF, which is outside the bounds described for uschar in RFC3987. The same change is made for the corresponding TriG test. Without objection, I’ll accept this change shortly as it is a long standing open issue in the Turtle test suite.
