Call for Consensus: IRI resolution tests

Ruben has created a pull request [1] to resolve RDF Tests issue #6 [2] for creating IRI resolution tests for Turtle and TriG. I have verified that my implementation passes these tests.

Pursuant to our working rules [3]:

“””
Any change that results in a functional change to an existing test suite must be included by consensus of this group, and the related comments group of the associated working group, and should have two implementations which pass the tests.
“”"

I am issuing a call for consensus on public-rdf-comments and public-rdf-tests to include these tests in the Turtle and TriG test suites. Doing this will also require changing the official locations to either mirror the state of the tests in GitHub [4], [5], or set up a redirection; this is something Eric said he could facilitate. Please indicate your support in reply, or on [1] by the end of the week.

Note that the issue also calls for tests for RDF/XML and SPARQL. I have created my own version of these tests for RDF/XML, which I’ll merge into the feature-branch at a later date; SPARQL requires multiple tests and work needs to be done there.
