Hi Peter, This is an official response to a JSON-LD issue that you raised on mandatory support for JSON-LD profiles on servers. Your issue has been tracked here: https://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/track/issues/128 You were concerned that there could be interoperability issues if there wasn't at least one mandatory JSON-LD profile that all servers and clients were required to implement.
