Minutes from March 13 Telcon

We canceled next week's telcon.   If anyone thinks we need a call,
please send mail and we will schedule a call.
We will all be back on normal time by the next scheduled call on March 27.

We discussed the EARL format for reporting test results and how to create reports from EARL.
