Hi all,

in R2RMLTC0010b & c [1] the IRIs created for the subject are based on 
strings containing comma and bracket characters.
However only the comma is percent-encoded in the IRIs.
Shouldn't all sub-delims be percent encoded or am i getting something 
wrong here?
