Status of the documents

Richard has just sent in an updated R2RML spec but Boris has found a minor bug that needs
to be fixed.  Michael points out that the SOTD of the DM spec is incorrect and needs to be fixed.
Even if the documents were perfect I could not in good conscience ask the Webmaster to publish them today.
Next week, as you know, is a W3C moratorium.

So, let's try and get the docs finalized and published early the week of July 23.
