rdb2rdf-th updated

Hi all

I've updated the rdb2rdf-th [1], and also the description page [2].
Now, implementors should include two more properties, e.g.,
<myProject>
        a doap:Project ;
        doap:name "morph" ;
        doap:homepage "https://github.com/boricles/morph"  ;
        doap:programming-language "Java"  ;
        rdb2rdftest:contact "Boris Villazon-Terrazas" ;
        rdb2rdftest:dbms  r2rml:Oracle ;
        rdb2rdftest:implementsDirectMapping true ;
        rdb2rdftest:implementsR2RML false .
