First version of the automatically generated implementation report

Dear all

Here you can find the automatically generated implementation report [1].

As you can see there's some information missing.
I'll update the rdb2rdf-th [2] software, so implementors can re-run the soft and provide the missing information in the EARL reports. Also, since there were some minor changes to the TS it would be good to have the updated EARL reports.
Also, I have to check toby's and open link's ear report, and r2rml tcs.

I'll be back later.
