In response to Ivan’s request for more information on the general topic of Adobe Patent # 8,037,108.
 
Adobe has reviewed the current W3C specification. Based on this review, Adobe believes that Adobe Patent # 8,037,108 is NOT essential to the specification currently under consideration by the W3C RDB2RDF Working Group. Based on our review of the specification as written, Adobe believes that the patent does not contain Necessary Claims or Essential Claims to an implementation of the specification under consideration.
