*European* participants, please note: the telecon is an hour earlier  
this week for you!

Below the agenda for our today's meeting. I intentionally sent out the  
agenda rather late to see where we are: the plan for today is to check  
if the open issues have been addressed (respective updates or notes in  
the WD) and then to decide to publish the two WD this week or to allow  
the Editors some more day to work on it, the group to review the  
changes and publish next week.
