Test cases to check

Hi all

Following the new protocol for the test cases [1] (from now on the test 
cases should be sent by email), I would like to invite you the check the 
following R2RML test cases:

    * for the database 1table2columns1row [2], the test cases are:

             R2RMLTC0002a [3]
             R2RMLTC0002b [4]

    * for the database 1table3columns1row [5], the test cases are:

             R2RMLTC0003a [6]
             R2RMLTC0003b [7]
             R2RMLTC0003c [8]
             R2RMLTC0003d [9]

Unless there is a negative review within a week these will become 
official test cases.

P.S.1. Please note we are using the naming convention for the databases 
suggested by Eric.
P.S.2. I've already asked the favour to Eric, Juan and Marcelo to take 
care of the default mapping test cases. I think the first default 
mapping test cases will be available soon.
