Regarding arity.  RDF is binary, but there are several well-known methods
for encoding higher-arity relations in a graph.  Since this is an important
part of any RDB to RDF conversion, I believe standardizing on an encoding
(so that e.g. RDF back-ends can optimize them) is in the purview of the new
RDB2RDF WG.
