The ones that leap out from the page are NCName, QName, and URIQualifiedName.
But there are other symbols used to identify things which are not called
"names" as such, for example we use the term "namespace URI" for what other
specifications call a "namespace name"; and I found at least one place where we
speak of "child" as the name of an axis.
