            Bug ID: 28752
           Summary: [FO31] load-xquery-module requires implementation
                    providing Module Feature
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Candidate Recommendation
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Functions and Operators 3.1
          Assignee: mike@saxonica.com
          Reporter: debbie@saxonica.com
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

Since the load-xquery-module() function is designed to load library modules, it
requires the XQuery processor used to provide the optional Module Feature
(5.2.4 of XQuery 3.1 Spec). This should be incorporated with the changes to
this function relating to the availability of a suitable XQuery processor.
