            Bug ID: 28980
           Summary: [F+O3.1] Definition of expanded-QName
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Functions and Operators 3.1
          Assignee: mike@saxonica.com
          Reporter: mike@saxonica.com
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org
  Target Milestone: ---

The definition of expanded-QName in the F+O spec needs to be brought into line
with the definition in other specs: XDM, XPath/XQuery, and XSLT all define it
as a triple, but F+O still describes it as a URI/local-name pair.
