           Summary: [XQ30] K-FunctionProlog-12, K-InternalVariablesWith-6,
                    9, 15, vardeclwithtype-15
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Member-only Editors Drafts
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: XQuery 3 & XPath 3 Test Suite
        AssignedTo: benjie.nguyen@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: tim@cbcl.co.uk
         QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

These tests behave differently in XQuery 3.0 due to the change in the static
context for a function body and the initializing expression of a variable.

The tests currently expect XPST0008.

K-InternalVariablesWith-15 should raise XQST0054 for XQ30+.

The others should no longer return an error.
