The following definition from section 2.1.1:

[Definition: In-scope variables. This is a set of (expanded QName, type) pairs.
It defines the set of variables that are available for reference within an
expression. The expanded QName is the name of the variable, and the type is the
static type of the variable.]

is lacking a hyperlink for the first occurrence of "expanded QName".  (There is
one in the equivalent definition in XQuery
