http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=8453

Summary: some tests should be identified as parse errors
           Product: XML Query Test Suite
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XML Query Test Suite
        AssignedTo: nbrinza@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: andrew.eisenberg@us.ibm.com
         QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

The following test cases all have a scenario of runtime-error:

PathExpr-5
PathExpr-7
PathExpr-8
PathExpr-9
PathExpr-10
PathExpr-11
PathExpr-12
PathExpr-13

I believe that for each of these the scenario should be changed to parse-error.
