Thanks for the report.  Users of filesystems with case-sensitive file naming
rules (you know who you are!) would have quickly spotted the error.  The link

should have been
http://dev.w3.org/2007/xpath-full-text-10-test-suite/GuidelinesForSubmittingXQFTTSTestResults.html

It is now fixed.  I have marked this bug RESOLVED/FIXED.  If you agree, please
