W3C web server returns different content for different browsers when they try
to access http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform

This behaviour should be removed and new namespace document proposed in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-xsl-wg/2008Sep/0088.html should be
placed on this URL.
