C.2 Mapping of Overloaded Internal Functions / Notation 2 / rule 1+2
contains four function calls:
    fs:opname1(Expr1,Expr2)
    op:opname2(Expr1,Expr2)
    fs:opname1(Expr1)
    op:opname2(Expr1)
In each case, the "(" is italicized and the "Expr1" isn't.

Instead, the "(" shouldn't be italicized and the "Expr1" should be.
