Catalog002 looks for standard test cases that have no output file. It shows me
that this is the case for namespaceDecl-3 and fn-doc-35. I believe that
fn-doc-35 should be changed to a runtime-error. I'm not sure what should be
done to namespaceDecl-3 (see Bug #5087).
