Hi Michael,

Re-reading the whole thread a nth time. It seems now to me that #6 indicates
that the case you mention would be raised as a static error. So I'm starting to
feel we are going over the same discussion one more time and it's unclear to me
that there is any new evidence. Do you still want to suggest some additional
changes to the spec(s)?

Obviously, your proposed changes as adopted still need to be implemented.
