Michael,
This is a loose statement. It more or less means 'no additional
substantive changes should be required specifically to address bug
1705'. It is not a statement indicating that other changes necessary
for any other bugs will be backtracked.
As indicated in the comment, the proposed resolution does not
contain a complete specific set of changes to FS. Any feedback
on the proposal still would be extremely welcome.
