More changes in response to your feedback and David's feedback.

We've moved from using a missing variable attribute to explicit elements:

<contextItem role="principal-data">works-mod</contextItem>

and

<defaultCollection role="principal-data">collection1</defaultCollection>

Out documentation has been updated to provide further details. These changes
are reflected in XQTS_current.zip (revision 1.29).
